Google 9" Ford t bolt and you will find a special bolt used in the Ford 9" rear-end. By googling T bolt and T slot bolt and clicking on images, you will see many variations on that theme.

I found a spring that may work. It has the 6 coils, .750 OAL, .035 wire and .365 OD. Do you just need one?

Attached are photos of a pair of steering column supports made of nickel plated brass or bronze as they are non-magnetic. The offset is 35 degrees. The column size would be 2" dia. Top saddle
Attached are photos of an early top saddle. It is cast in brass and measures 14.5" from the plug end to the outside curve. The OAH=14". The numbers 156-7 & 8 are stamped into the plug area. Can anyone determine the application?
