Rutenber Engines
Hi all,
I'm looking for information on Rutenber engines from the 1909-1911 era. Our 1910 Auburn has one and I'm looking to compare. Even photos would be helpful. What other car manufacturers used Rutenber engines?

New HCCA Group in the Midwest
We have started as new HCCA group in the Midwest, called the Great Plains Brass Touring Register. It is an informal, family friendly, touring club for any pre-1916 vehicle. We will have just one meeting and several tours each year. We hope the tours will stretch from Texas to North Dakota and from C...

Alan- It was great to see the car in person in Texas, but for those that have not yet seen it, this is so well done. If only every early car owner knew their cars history and could explain the mechanical aspect of their car so clearly. What a wonderful car and a fantastic video! Thanks for posting i...

Re: Horseless Carriage License #548 or 549
What a great looking car! I believe it is a 1912 Buick Model 43 and started life as a Touring car.
Thanks for sharing the photo.
Hopefully someone will post with what it looks like today.

Re: cadillac auction at Hershey
The plan is to have a live auction Thursday evening, October 9. It will be held just a few miles from the flea market fields. We should have everything finalized next week and will publish the details then. The parts shown in the photos are not necessarily shown in the lots as they will be sold. Mos...

Re: Valuation of a Holsman 1904
Nice car. Everyone is correct that if it is a 1904 (or earlier) it typically will command a premium above the 1905 and later cars. Are you sure this is a 1904? We are restoring a 1908 (built in late 1907) and it is very similar to this one. I believe ours is in the 2400 number range. I will double c...
