thre3ad at bottom of Detroit Oiler
This Detroit Lubricator came off of my 1903 Cadillac. It was leaking at the bottom thread. I'm trying to figure out what thread it is. The bottom of the hole has an angled section, leading me to think it's a flare fitting but the threads don't match a flare size thread. Is it a pipe thread?

Do you have a good hardware store nearby? Take it there and they'll tell you. There should also be some pipe fittings and bolts there to test fit.

Dave, Phil has a very good idea. I would also take a very close look at your male threads. There is a good chance that the male threads are the bad actors in your oil leak. There are many good Loctite options that will seal threaded joints, that may be a second option for you, if both the female and male threads appear to be in ok condition.
