It is my honor and pleasure to be the Horseless Carriage Club of America's new Executive Secretary and I am looking forward to serving the Club membership and the Board of Directors. I look forward to communicating with all of you. Feel free to contact me for questions, help or just a friendly chat.
My family and I have been involved in many facets of this wonderful old car hobby for many years. I've been interested in cars all of my adult life and enjoy the touring and the camaraderie. I've been on the Horseless Carriage Gazette Committee for approximately 23 years. I was elected to the National Board twice and served as the first "girl" President of the Southern California Regional Group..
I have set some personal goals for myself in this challenging position, the primary one being getting the Gazette out and mailed on schedule for the Club members to enjoy. Another is to help the Membership Chairman build the membership. I hope that the openness and accessibility of the new office will be a refreshing change and will encourage a renewed enthusiasm for the Club members. Here's a thought-if every single Club member got just one friend or fellow enthusiast to join the National Club-the membership will double! Your Friend in the Club Office
