Merci, SteamNut! It is, inded, a Mochet CM125 Luxe... or at least the front half. Made from 1950-54, it used a 125cc Zurcher motorcycle engine. Not exactly "luxe", it lacked certain amenities such as doors. Reverse gear and electric starter were options. It was introduced just after WWII and sold briskly, mainly because gas was expensive and the cheapie Citroen 2CV ("Deux Cheveux") took years to get. I have a couple Mochets, though not this particular model.
Ye cats! That video ought to be posted to the Model T website. There are frequent concerns expressed about whether it's safe to drive a T on modern roads because of, among other deficiencies, a lack of passenger protection. Compared to that contraption, a T is as solid as a tank!
