1910 Richmond K3 motor car

I recently bought this Tourer. It is rumored to have been delivered new to Red Deer Alberta. Produced by Wayne foundry from 1906 till 1917. I know it was rebuilt in the late 1990s.
Information on the car is scant to put it mildly, and I am looking for information on the Water-cooled Richmonds. This one has the 40 HP engine rather than 25 Hp engine usually fitted I wonder if it was a factory mule to ready the 1911 Richmond L3
Any information the group can share would be greatly appreciated

Yes made in Richmond Indiana by the Wayne Foundry who morphed into Wayne school buses.
