My guess is Metz, maybe 1912-13

The car is a 1914 Metz Model 22. 1914 was the only year in which the Model 22 had that style turtledeck. Earlier cars had a small tool box instead of the turtledeck and possibly a dickey seat, or even two, on the box. I hope that this helps.
The Metz was, actually, a decent car in spite of the aspersions cast upon it's friction drive transmission. A team of three Model 22s won the 1913 Glidden Tour, not a bad showing.

The Metz Company was a pioneer brass era automobile maker established by Charles Herman Metz in Waltham, Massachusetts, from ca.1908 to 1922.
