1917 Jeffery

Post by Lackoluck » Sat Nov 18, 2017 7:19 pm

Hi
I am new to HCCA. I just inherited a 1917 Jeffery. The car is rather unique. It is a touring car but also has a hard top that can be attached or removed.
i was wondering if anyone knows what model this is and has any information on it. i have never seen another and i have tried searching the internet with no luck
any info would be helpful

Like the old saying goes, a picture (or more) is worth 1000 words.

Your Jeffrey should be either a four cylinder, 116" wheel base model 472 or a six cylinder, 125" wheel base model 671. Your car probably has an aftermarket California hardtop on it as it is doubtful that it is a factory top. A 1917 would be one of the last Jeffreys made before the name was changed to Nash. Should be a fun car.
