1910 Buick Model F detailing advice

Post by jgoedeken » Tue Sep 11, 2018 7:25 am

I am in the final stages of restoration of a 1910 Buick Model F, serial no 15362, approx Feb March 1910 production. I need advice from an original car on pin striping. Color, width of stripe, and location and design of stripes. Wheels, frame, axles, body, fenders, etc. What was used for a rear floor board covering, mat? What would be the correct spark plugs for this car? What would be the original size, diameter, and color for spark plug wires? What would be correct for low tension wiring, color and accent stripe? Terminal ends, copper, or brass? Do we know for sure what was used in some of these situations? I really appreciate any and all in put. Thanks. John

A good resource is the Brass Buicks Yahoo group: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/BrassBuicks/info

It's quite active.

Detail of the device of your buick model or other Desktops will be the great advice for the users.
