Brass Speedometer/Clock Dash Mounting Plate with Light and Non-working Every Ready 8-Day Brass Clock
This brass mounting plate came from a 1912 Ford Model T Speedster. It was too large for the dash. The dash plate needs polishing, but is in very good condition with the mounting bracket/screws complete. The dash light has new wiring with a 2-directional cover. The light takes a screw-in 6V bulb and is currently working. The brass bracket is 5 3/8″ in length, 2 3/4″ wide, except where the light base widens it to 3 5/8″.
The 8-day clock is non-working, but otherwise complete with winding key, time set and F/S adjustment. It is 2 3/4″ in diameter and 2 5/8″ deep including the original undamaged glass. It is an Ever Ready brand made by the Auto Improvement Co. of New York during the early 1900s. It’s a solid brass clock in good condition, but will require servicing to run.
The set up is ready for the speedometer of your choice. It is a collectible after-market item that will lend style and eye-appeal to your brass auto. Asking $475, which includes shipping in the U.S. Please write if you want additional photos or have questions about the item.
