The 2020 BBC Tour

19th HCCA Beautiful Brass Cars National Tour and Flea Market
May 17 - 21, 2020
Sponsored by the Susquehanna Valley Region HCCA

The host hotel will be the Holiday Inn, 6170 Morgantown Rd, Morgantown PA 19543. Phone (610) 286-3000. The room rate is $109.00 per night plus tax. 2 Queens or 1 King. Use the rate code "BBC Tour". A full breakfast with omelet station is included each day. Room availability is not guaranteed after the April 15, 2020

Tour will be limited to the FIRST EIGHTY-FIVE (85) cars. There will be a waiting list. You will NOT be considered registered until we receive your check. No exceptions.

Directions to the hotel: The hotel is located on the PA Turnpike at exit #298.

Trailer Parking: Trailer parking is at the hotel.

Motorhome Camping: Motorhome Camping will be at the hotel. Cost is $10 per night to be collected when you park. Please let us know if you plan to camp. No hookups are available. If you have questions, call Pat @ 717-383-0360.

Car Show & Flea Market: Will be in the parking lot at the Holiday Inn.

Tour check-in: will be Sunday at the flea market from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, and at the Hospitality tent Sunday evening and Monday morning.

Tour Registration Fee: $275 for car and driver and $150 for each passenger.

Fee includes: $10 for HCCA National, one tour banner, one hat and tour book for car and driver. Sunday evening welcome reception, all coffee stops, admission to all attractions, and lunches every day for the driver and registered passengers.

Thursday evening Banquet is $30 per person.

Single day passenger registration is $45 per day. - Please Specify Day(s)

National Flea Market, Sunday, May 17, 2020. Flea Market is for pre-1942 cars and parts.

Flea market space will be $10 before May 1st, $20 after May 1st. Spaces will be about 15 ft. X 30 ft.

If you have three items or less and are registered for the tour, you can place parts on the BBC table at Patrick Gamble's space provided they are priced at no charge to you. Flea market opens at 9:00 AM. If you are pulling your trailer to the flea market or parking a motorhome - you will need to reserve 2 spaces.

Commercial vendors must have a current Pennsylvania sales tax certificate to sell merchandise (just like Hershey). Incidental vendors, cleaning out the garage, once a year, one day only, do not. If you need to obtain a sales tax number, please contact us.

Bring your pre-1916 car Sunday for one of the largest displays of pre-1916 cars on the East Coast. No charge for display cars.

National Tour is Monday May 18 through Thursday May 21, 2020 for pre '16 cars.
