    We are returning this year to the Clarion Inn Strasburg, 1 Historic Drive, Strasburg, PA 17579 (GPS address). Phone (717) 687-7691. The room rate is $95.00 per night plus 11% tax double occupancy. Use the rate code "BBC Tour". A full breakfast buffet is included each day. Room availability is not guaranteed after the April 15, 2019 cut-off date.

    Tour will be limited to the FIRST EIGHTY-FIVE (85) cars. There will be a waiting list. You will NOT be considered registered until we receive your check!

Directions to the hotel

  • Head toward Lancaster, PA on US 222 or PA 283.
  • Pick up US 30 EAST bypass on the north side of Lancaster.
  • 2.4 miles after the divided highway ends, RIGHT at LIGHT onto PA 896 SOUTH.
  • LEFT at LIGHT onto HISTORIC DRIVE in 2.4 miles.
  • RIGHT into Clarion Inn in 0.4 miles.

Trailer Parking:
Trailer parking is at the Clarion Inn.

Motorhome Camping:
Motorhome Camping will be at the hotel. Cost is $10 per night to be collected when you park. Please let us know if you plan to camp. No hookups are available. Questions call Jeff at 610-639-1977.

Tour check-in
will be Sunday at the flea market from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, and at the Hospitality Tent Sunday evening and Monday morning

  • RIGHT out of Hotel onto HISTORIC DRIVE.
  • LEFT at LIGHT onto PA 741 EAST in 0.5 miles.
Flea Market is at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania on right in 0.3 miles.

Tour check-in
will be Sunday at the flea market from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, and at the Hospitality Tent Sunday evening and Monday morning

Tour Registration Fee is $265 for car and driver and $140 for each passenger over 12 years. Fee includes $10 for HCCA National, one tour banner, one hat, Sunday evening welcome BBQ, admission to included museums and attractions, and three lunches for the driver and registered passengers. We will again be making a video of the tour!

Thursday evening Banquet is $25 per person.

National Flea Market, Sunday, May 19, 2019

Flea Market is for pre-1942 cars and parts

Flea market space will be $10 before May 1, $20 after.

Spaces will be about 15 ft. X 30 ft. If you have three items or less and are registered for the tour, you can place parts on the BBC table at Clay Green's space as long as they are priced. No charge for this! Flea market opens at 9:00 AM. If you are pulling your trailer to the flea market - you will need to reserve 2 spaces.

Commercial vendors must have a current Pennsylvania sales tax certificate to sell merchandise (just like Hershey!). Incidental vendors, cleaning out the garage, once a year, one day only, do not. If you need to obtain a sales tax number please contact us.

Bring your pre 16 car Sunday for one of the largest displays of pre 16 cars on the East Coast. No charge for display cars. Only pre 1916 cars for display please.

4 Days of Brass-Era Touring Start Monday, May 20th with the National and continue through Thursday, May 23, 2019, for pre '16 cars
