The Snappers Spring Event is a progressive tour along the Ohio River. Tour begins and ends at Oglebay Resort, Wheeling, WVA. We will be following the Grande Ohio, traveling to Marietta, Huntingdon and Ripley. Touring extends to the American Sign Museum in Cincinnati.
