- Marian Welch Award Nominations – The Marian Welch Service Award is the Horseless Carriage Club’s most prestigious National Honor, awarded to a member(s) whose dedication and service to the HCCA has had a huge impact on our club and the hobby on a national level.
Members are now asked to submit to the HCCA office, by March 31st, 2027, recommendations of candidate(s) to be considered by the Board of Directors.
The Qualifications are:
HCCA Member for minimum of 10 years;
Active involvement at the Local and National levels;
All Leadership Positions held;
Demonstrated Outstanding Service;
Dedication, Consistent and Continuing Service shown.
Nominations should include the following information: Leadership positions held; Activities performed; Types of Service at the Local and National levels; Efforts to promote Club values; Membership length; and the Helping and Mentoring of others.

- Art Twohy Award Nominations – The Art Twohy Service Award, is the Horseless Carriage Club’s highest Regional Honor, for an individual whose dedication and service to their HCCA Region has had a significant impact on our club at the Regional level.
A member’s exceptional dedication to the Club at the vital Regional level, helps keep our club strong at its foundation, the Regional Group.
Members are now asked to submit to the HCCA office, by March 31st, 2027, with recommendations of candidates to be considered by the Board of Directors.
The Qualifications are the same as those for the Marian Welch Award, but for an individual who has served mainly at the Regional level of the Club.

- Joyce Chase Award – The HCCA Board has established the Joyce Chase Award to “celebrate a woman who brings the same spirit and energy that Joyce brought to every tour”. Please see the details in the upcoming Gazette. Candidate nominations are requested prior to March 31st, 2027. Contact the office for details office@hcca.org
- Tent Meetings – Planning to be at Hershey this year? Take advantage of the HCCA Tent. Stop by for a donut, coffee, water or a soft drink, and a chat with other members.
You can also pay your HCCA Dues while you are there. Thursday at Noon is the BBQ cookout, so don’t miss that!
HCCA Members, don’t forget to sign up for helping out at the tent. We need greeters to welcome prospective and new members, as well as the final Tent Clean UP.
