1912 Winton Touring. 7 passenger. Model 17-C. 48 HP. Six cylinders. 130” wheelbase. 36×4.5” tires. Special ordered from the Winton factory with custom modifications – an extra six inches between the firewall and front doors and tilted steering wheel to accommodate the large stature of the original owner Andrew John Molera. The Cooper-Molera family owned much of Monterey Bay and A.J. Molera needed reliable transportation to and from San Francisco. This rare Winton was discovered at the historic 1826 Cooper-Molera house in Monterey.
