Subj: 2027 Directors and Officers Insurance Coverage under National HCCA Policy
As 2026 closes, we must confirm which groups want to purchase coverage for their officers under the umbrella of our national coverage.
This 2027 coverage will be with our current supplier through Philadelphia Insurance Company and the coverage cost for each group will be $35.00 for calendar year 2027.
This D&O coverage offers $1,000,000.00 coverage for the group’s officers under the following categories:
- Wrongful Acts
- Errors and Omissions
- Employment Practices
- Fiduciary Liability
- Internet Activity
We must know before December 15, 2026, if your group wants to purchase this coverage and be included in our policy. Please notify the National Office and me via email: Office@HCCA.org, Jeff.Lesher@outlook.com
Your group will be invoiced for the $35.00 charge once processed. Or pay online at: https://hcca.org/pay/ The $35.00 charge represents a substantial savings from securing this coverage individually as it falls under our National HCCA policy.
Keep in mind, this coverage relates to Directors and Officers coverage only and does not impact general liability insurance for club sponsored events and activities where all member groups are covered for general liability.
