HCCA 2026 Elected Directors – On January 1, 2026, Club President Doug Tomb announced that the following members were newly elected, or re-elected:

- Rusty Berg, MI
- Danny Case, FL
- Bob Lederer, IL
- Jim Skillicorn, CA
Congratulations to the newly elected directors, and a special Thank You to the Club members who stepped forward to be placed in nomination. Everyone’s participation is what makes this a Great club.
- HCCA 2026 Convention and Tour – The 2026 National Convention and Tour will be based at the Table Mountain Casino & Resort in Friant, California, May 6th thru 10th, 2026.
Nestled in the foothills of the Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains, Friant serves as the ideal gateway to breathtaking natural wonders and rich historic landmarks.
Board Meetings will be held May 6th during the day, and the important Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be held that evening, following the Welcome BBQ Banquet.
There will be three days of Tours, May 7th – May 9th, 2026. All Board Meetings are open to members. This is your chance to ask questions of the Board, and hear firsthand what is in store for 2026.

- HCCA Dues Increase – At the HCCA Board Meeting on December 6th, a dues increase was approved by the Board. Effective March 31, 2026, annual dues will increase to $65.00 a year, with Canadian and International dues increasing proportionally as well.
- HCCA Membership Committee – At the latest Board meeting, Don Azevedo became Chairman of the Membership Committee. All board members have been assigned regions to contact, so look forward to a call soon. The committee and the board look forward to hearing how we can help the Regions to stay active. - Why FREE Gazettes? – Former HCCA Executive Secretary, Sharon Gooding is clearing out the Club files she has been storing for years. She has old Gazette issues, to be given away.
