It has come to the Board of Directors attention that some of you have recently received SPAM email requests asking for assistance in paying vendors. It is the policy of our club to never do this, nor would any invoice from the club not be accompanied by an explanation from the club office.
If you ever receive such a message claiming to be from us, please do not respond, click any links, or provide any information. Instead, forward the message to the club Executive Secretary {office@hcca.org} so we can verify and address it promptly.
Your safety and security are our top priorities, and we appreciate your vigilance in helping us protect our community.
