Every regional group shall, mail or electronically transmit to the Horseless Carriage Club office the names of the officers elected to serve in the ensuing year.  Please use the online form below or download the Region Group and Registry Reporting Form.

Roster Reporting – Due Apr 30

Every regional group shall, mail or electronically transmit to the Horseless Carriage Club office the regional group’s current roster of members for verification of HCCA membership status. Please use the online form below or send your list to the national office.

A request of a current list can be provided by the national office.

Regional Group and Registry Insurance – Optional

The HCCA is committed to providing comprehensive insurance for all Regional groups and Register for their Board and Directors. If your Regional Group pr Register would like to be included in this years club coverage. We ask you to pay a small fee of $25. You may remit payment via the link provided, check or over the phone with the HCCA office or use the online form below.
