Cows, Combines, and Cars One and Two-cylinder Tour September
September 17-22
Mount Joy, Pennsylvania
Tour Director: Keith Billet
The Old Time Touring Club Regional Group sponsored this event. Five days of touring took tourists over the hills and winding roads of southern Lancaster County. We visited the New Holland Tractor Factory and Lititz—home of the Wilbur Chocolate Company and the Julius Sturgis Pretzel Factory—the oldest pretzel bakery in the United States. The ones and twos also drove to Columbia, where we toured the National Watch and Clock Museum and the Turkey Hill Experience, where we ate too much ice cream!
We also enjoyed visiting local small businesses throughout southern Lancaster and York counties. The weather was perfect.
