We enjoyed two car show days featuring the E-M-F, Everitt, Northern, Studebaker, and Flanders family of vehicles on the campus of the Gilmore Car Museum. There were many automobile-themed activities, including car games, a period-clothing fashion show, Brass Era seminars, and many opportunities to socialize. The two-and-a-half-day Bob Ladd Memorial Car Tour followed the “Celebration.” Tour director Dave Stevens took us to a private collection, the John Pahl Historical Village, the Allegan County Old Jail, and to several local points of interest. We covered many miles of gently rolling Michigan countryside.
