2023 New England Brass and Gas Tour
June 18-23
Ludlow, Vermont
Tour Director: Karen Tomko
The 24th New England Brass and Gas Tour set in the Green Mountain state offered the perfect backdrop for this event. Due to COVID, this is the first Brass and Gas Tour since 2019. On Tour Day One, we set out for Woodstock, Vermont. Along the way, we visited the Billings Farm and Museum, the Marsh-Billings Rockefeller National Historic Park, and the Calvin Coolidge Historic Site in Plymouth, Vermont. Tour Day Two took us to the Saint-Gauden National Historic Site in Cornish, New Hampshire. Tour Day Three featured the “Mystery Tour” route, which was short on miles but big on fun. On Tour Day Four, we visited the American Precision Museum in Windsor, Vermont. Day Five, the final tour day, brought us to Weston and Grafton, Vermont, where we shopped at the Weston Village Store and Cheese Emporium and the original Vermont Country Store. What a terrific week of touring in the Green Mountain State.
